The start of any project is the masterplan and we started how we intend to finish the best. From their dawning days in 1945 Honolulu, Hawaii, WATG have pioneered hospitality, tourism and destination design. They are a global multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in Strategy, Master Planning, Architecture, Landscape and Interiors. A world leading team with 8 offices across 3 continents WATG are behind iconic projects such as The Atlantis Palm Dubai, Shangri-La Maldives and Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.
With over 77% of areas dedicated to open areas and amenities at Islamabad Hills it was only right to appoint one of Great Britain’s leading landscape to design the gardens. A world-class landscape architect and multi award winning disciplinary, Aralia are behind projects including the Hertfordshire Walled Garden, Centurion Golf Club and Chelsea Creek, London.
To bring the project to light we needed to appoint a local architect who could deliver on this global vision and for this we appointed Pakistan’s number one design practice Nayyar Ali Dada & Associates. Established in 1978 Nayyar Ali Dada’s portfolio includes the Serena Hotel Islamabad, Alhamra Arts Council Lahore and Muslim Commercial Bank Headquarters Lahore.
